Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers and drive their success with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with enterprise customers to enhance retention, product adoption, and account growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment of solutions with customer goals and overseeing onboarding processes
  • Monitor customer health, deliver success plans, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in B2B SaaS or Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation cycles
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts successfully
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Developer-level) are a plus
