Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor customer health and manage project deliverables and action items
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving account growth
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience leading QBRs and aligning with customer executives on strategic goals
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and a willingness to learn new technologies
