Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers, helping them maximize the value of the platform
  • Conduct strategic consultations and provide live configuration support to ensure customer goals are met
  • Manage customer engagement and adoption, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role with experience in driving renewals and upsells
  • Experience with technical software configuration and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat or similar
  • Prior exposure to the Managed Service Provider or IT Services industry is a strong plus
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
