Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers, helping them maximize the value of the platform
- Conduct strategic consultations and provide live configuration support to ensure customer goals are met
- Manage customer engagement and adoption, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role with experience in driving renewals and upsells
- Experience with technical software configuration and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat or similar
- Prior exposure to the Managed Service Provider or IT Services industry is a strong plus
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
