Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and support methodology
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support their technology initiatives and promote partnership growth
- Implement strategic initiatives for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools to achieve metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise customer account success management
- Experience selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network Services, and Managed Services
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and general computer software
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with customers
