Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help kickstart their Customer Success function at a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end post-sales experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Design and iterate on the Customer Success playbook, including onboarding flows and success plans


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles in B2B SaaS or technical enterprise products
  • Proven ability to manage global accounts and drive measurable outcomes
  • A bias towards action and solving immediate problems while ensuring long-term success
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and technical teams
  • Experience working with publishers or websites is a plus
