Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPQ - Customer Success Manager in the Manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business consulting to advise customers on optimal use of the CPQ solution for maximum benefit
- Lead sessions on narrative flow and business process mapping to identify gaps in functionality and enhance customer solutions
- Contribute to proposals and service estimates, while staying updated on industry standards and trends
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer/client-facing role within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of applications or programming languages is an asset
- Strong written and spoken English; a second language is a plus
- Demonstrated logical and structured thinking, with advanced Excel skills and a background in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics at the degree level
- Entry-level position; full-time employment
