Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success for the Southeast/LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input to strategic programs and lead initiatives with the team
  • Establish operational goals, work plans, and delegate assignments to team members
  • Guide, motivate, and support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM) team through coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a consultative customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience with effective leadership
  • 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of cloud services, web-based security, networking, or infrastructure solutions
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
