Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success for the Southeast/LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to strategic programs and lead initiatives with the team
- Establish operational goals, work plans, and delegate assignments to team members
- Guide, motivate, and support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM) team through coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in a consultative customer-facing role
- 2+ years of direct people management experience with effective leadership
- 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of cloud services, web-based security, networking, or infrastructure solutions
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
