Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners to understand their goals and priorities
- Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features and assist customers with the adoption of new functionalities
- Act as an advocate for customers during high severity case resolutions and communicate updates during service disruptions
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Two years of experience in a related field
- Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering required
- Experience with Apex data loader, SOQL, SOSL, and Scrum agile methodology
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST integrations, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce
