Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer strategies and success metrics
  • Build customer-specific success plans to oversee onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction with products
  • Handle escalations and coordinate activities to resolve deployment or productivity issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement and account management in Cybersecurity/SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise clients leading to adoption and renewals
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage complex projects
  • University degree or equivalent experience
