Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to oversee daily operations of Account Management and Scheduling teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 7-10 customer success professionals
- Support the team in issue resolution and manage customer escalations
- Identify and develop programs to support key metrics such as NPS and retention
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members in a remote environment
- Experience managing client relationships against key performance indicators
- Ability to leverage data for business questions and process improvements
- Proficiency with Zendesk is a plus
