Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to oversee daily operations of Account Management and Scheduling teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 7-10 customer success professionals
  • Support the team in issue resolution and manage customer escalations
  • Identify and develop programs to support key metrics such as NPS and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members in a remote environment
  • Experience managing client relationships against key performance indicators
  • Ability to leverage data for business questions and process improvements
  • Proficiency with Zendesk is a plus
