Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and manage the customer reference program
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and manage account planning activities
- Identify new service opportunities and achieve sales activity and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the ERP space, preferably with NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience managing NetSuite ERP projects and implementations
- General knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
- Extensive experience with NetSuite and ERP systems
