Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager for a 9-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with 100-200 live customers and support their use of the Bill Pay platform
- Key and submit all Government Merchant Applications to internal systems
- Track metrics and recommend adoption campaigns to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of the payments industry or related experience with software providers or merchants
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT/technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with municipalities, utility billing, or tax payments preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Jira, Monday.com, and ZenDesk
