Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II (DACH).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, establishing measurable success plans aligned with their business objectives
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing platform value throughout the customer lifecycle
- Monitor platform performance and client KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS, media, or consulting environment
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and implement long-term technology solutions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent in German and English
