Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and ensure successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor account health and KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training while meeting retention and sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in account management or customer success
- 2+ years of experience selling additional products and services to existing accounts
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
