Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant industry experience managing large and complex accounts
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and ITSM software
  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or Six Sigma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
