Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant industry experience managing large and complex accounts
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and ITSM software
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or Six Sigma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
