Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through the platform
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in the legal sector
  • Experience with Practice Management Systems, such as Casepeer, MerusCase, Litify, Filevine
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation and self-discipline
