Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through the platform
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in the legal sector
- Experience with Practice Management Systems, such as Casepeer, MerusCase, Litify, Filevine
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation and self-discipline
