Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and enhance the experience of their Circle Plus customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Circle Plus customers, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing strategy sessions
- Analyze customer usage to identify risks and opportunities, and design engagement campaigns to drive product adoption and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of customer success processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in community management or SaaS customer success, preferably with SMB customers
- Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex processes
- Ability to understand various business models and help customers define success for their communities
- Resourceful and proactive, with a strong growth mindset and a process-oriented approach
