Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scale Customer Success Manager for the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to long-term relationship management
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the onboarding phase
  • Educate and train customers on product features and gather feedback for internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Expertise in the customer lifecycle, particularly in onboarding
  • Proven track record in customer growth and development
  • Ability to manage implementation projects with a large client base
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of global organizations and remote working environments is a plus
