Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scale Customer Success Manager for the AMER region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to long-term relationship management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the onboarding phase
- Educate and train customers on product features and gather feedback for internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in the customer lifecycle, particularly in onboarding
- Proven track record in customer growth and development
- Ability to manage implementation projects with a large client base
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Understanding of global organizations and remote working environments is a plus
