Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to maximize product value through guided tours and support
- Prevent churn by demonstrating product usage and value to clients
- Provide marketing analytics guidance to improve campaign tracking and performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success focused on marketing analytics and attribution tracking
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Ads
- Experience optimizing marketing campaigns, including paid media and email/SMS flows
- Technical familiarity with server-side tracking and its impact on marketing performance
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns and email/SMS platforms
