Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer onboarding and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding calls and training for prospective customers to ensure successful product implementation
  • Proactively manage existing accounts, addressing inquiries and driving expansion revenue
  • Document customer feedback and best practices to inform internal processes and product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage SaaS startup
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce
  • Accounting or finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
  • Strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiencies
