Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or support roles
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, particularly in data or analytics
  • Familiarity with secure environments or government-related clients is a plus
  • Organized and proactive with a genuine curiosity about technology
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments
