Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or support roles
- Experience with SaaS platforms, particularly in data or analytics
- Familiarity with secure environments or government-related clients is a plus

- Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments
