Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and value realization
- Drive customer renewals and identify expansion opportunities through strategic account planning
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform internal teams and product development
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and improving retention and satisfaction
- Proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
- Experience with Salesforce products or knowledge is a plus
