Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for emerging market customers, collaborating with CSMs and AMs
  • Own a book of business (~400 customers) and engage proactively to drive customer value-realization
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in a Customer Success Management role required
  • BA/BS or equivalent education
  • Power user/expertise in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace/GSuite, and CRM systems required
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required
  • Experience with Jira/ticketing and data dashboards preferred
