Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full post-sales lifecycle and collaborate with various teams
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of new customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of successful Customer Success experience in data/software as a service
  • Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of API calls or basic SQL queries preferred
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS and customer lifecycle management
