Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction with their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagements throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and adoption
  • Act as a liaison between product management and customers, communicating product roadmaps and priorities
  • Develop success plans for customers, addressing critical success factors and metrics for success
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of functional HCM or Financial domain experience, with SaaS experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as consulting or account management
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in finance or HR is preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across corporate functions
  • Experience in issue resolution and escalation management at both business and executive levels
