Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive results for high-value professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand professionals' strategic goals and provide education and actionable advice
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on customer health and market indicators to mitigate churn
  • Build and execute account plans while introducing new product features to drive adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of customer-facing/Success management experience preferred, or 5+ years required
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Experience with SFDC and data analysis
  • Ability to create basic reports in Google Sheets and presentations in Google Slides
