Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (PV).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage complexity 2 customer engagements, ensuring adherence to costs, resources, timelines, and quality standards
  • Establish project scope, monitor progress, and implement governance structures with defined roles and responsibilities
  • Manage risks, ensure effective communication with clients and project teams, and facilitate onboarding and training for project team members


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and/or PMP certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced office environment
  • Several years of experience and expertise in pharmacovigilance guidelines
