Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer relationships and ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on renewals and expansions
  • Consult with customers to optimize the adoption of technology solutions and showcase value through business reviews
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS technology company
  • Experience managing client engagements with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $5M
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft products, and Zoom
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
