Job Summary

A company is looking for a SMB Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume book of business through one-to-many communication strategies to drive adoption
  • Help clients achieve measurable value from the platform by focusing on usage metrics and business outcomes
  • Monitor client health using data to identify at-risk accounts and implement targeted interventions
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital Customer Success role managing a portfolio of 150+ clients
  • Proven track record in driving customer adoption and retention with an ARR portfolio of $2M+
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms is highly preferred
  • Comfortable leveraging technology and automation to achieve results
