Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers throughout the customer journey
  • Create customer success plans and monitor customer health to ensure value realization
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and work with cross-functional teams
