Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority to customers regarding product offerings
  • Supervise and optimize employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive customer success and renewal outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to drive account growth through strategic engagement
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and customer success analytics platforms
  • Strong metrics-driven mindset with a track record of achieving customer retention goals
  • Ability to travel within the United States approximately 3 times per year
