Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority to customers regarding the company's product offerings
- Supervise and optimize employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns to ensure consistent product performance
- Identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing account value
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales
- Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth through strategic engagement
- Passion for online advertising/media, marketing, and/or employer branding
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and customer success analytics platforms is highly desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in managing customer accounts
