Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority to customers regarding the company's product offerings
  • Supervise and optimize employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns to ensure consistent product performance
  • Identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing account value
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth through strategic engagement
  • Passion for online advertising/media, marketing, and/or employer branding
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and customer success analytics platforms is highly desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in managing customer accounts
