Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and ensure they derive maximum value from their systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts and maintain active relationships with customers
  • Plan and prioritize projects, ensuring delivery within budget and managing internal teams
  • Identify sales opportunities and expand market share through existing customer engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Fluent or native speaker of French
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
