Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen partnerships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive engagement and support for 40+ accounts through effective communication and resource allocation
  • Facilitate strategic planning conversations and accurately forecast renewal risks
  • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with account executives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer interaction roles with a focus on account strategies
  • Proven track record of client retention and renewal negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in enterprise data and analytics markets preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
