Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Account Team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience
  • Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, facilitating onboarding and promoting product awareness
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment with multiple goals
  • Experience with cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue results through consultative selling
