Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Integrated Account Team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience
- Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, facilitating onboarding and promoting product awareness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment with multiple goals
- Experience with cloud and virtualized compute solutions in enterprise environments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue results through consultative selling
