Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, scale, and grow a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve quarterly targets
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and client success
  • Drive the voice of the customer within the organization to shape product development and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Marketing, or Account Management, with 4+ years in people management
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, churn, CSAT, NDR, and expansion numbers
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in the fitness and wellness industry strongly preferred
