Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customer executives and ensure successful onboarding and retention of cloud services
  • Lead cloud adoption planning and execution across various Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Align customer business goals with technical solutions and collaborate with internal and partner teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • 4+ years in customer success, technical consulting, program delivery, or portfolio management
  • 6+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, and/or Power Platform
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator or ITIL Foundation preferred
