Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage defined customer engagements throughout their lifecycle
- Establish a consultative approach to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
- Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics for customers
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of functional HCM or Financial domain experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing professional services roles
- Experience working with the office of the CFO or CHRO preferred
- Previous SaaS experience is preferred
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and peers
