Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will oversee client relationships and ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations as the main point of contact and program/project manager
- Facilitate internal and external customer meetings, preparing agendas and documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial data and manage the UI/UX of customer-facing products
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, or distribution
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare consulting role preferred
- Experience in a commercial capacity at a pharma/biotech manufacturer or health tech startup is a plus
- MBA or other related graduate-level degree is a plus
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and excellent quantitative analysis skills
