Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption and customer outcomes through various communication channels
  • Support outreach initiatives to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor customer health indicators and engage customers to promote renewal and expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success roles; experience in customer support, sales, or customer marketing is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong bonus
  • Proven ability to foster positive business relationships and drive customer success
  • Understanding of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes is advantageous
  • Experience employing a one-to-many approach globally
