- Manage client relationships to promote retention and turn customers into advocates
- Provide strategic mentorship and insights to influence product innovation and client success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biomedical Data Management, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Strong working experience with Machine Learning tools and frameworks
- Computational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Bash
- Prior experience working directly with clients and partners in the life sciences or clinical research industries
