Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, driving engagement through all stages of the customer journey
  • Consult with customers to understand their business goals and ensure ongoing value from the company's products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to organizational growth projects
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Success experience preferred
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels within customer organizations
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, with experience in Salesforce and/or Gainsight preferred
  • Startup or scale-up experience preferred, with comfort in fast-evolving environments
