Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, providing strategic direction and performance management
  • Define and execute the Customer Success strategy to maximize client value and improve retention
  • Oversee inbound support functions to ensure efficient queue management and service-level target achievement
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar leadership role in a B2B tech/SaaS environment
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a high-performing customer-facing team
  • Experience with inbound call center operations, including service queues and staffing models, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement data-driven strategies for customer improvement
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving strategic outcomes
