Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving adoption and ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewals and expansion
  • Monitor account health and proactively assess usage, satisfaction, and risk signals
  • Orchestrate cross-functional support and drive product adoption by ensuring customers leverage full capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, preferably in a developer-focused or technical B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep empathy for developers and understanding of their workflows
  • Comfortable navigating technical environments such as CLI tools, APIs, and GitHub
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proactive communicator who builds trust quickly with stakeholders
