Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish reputation as a trusted partner through regular business reviews and demonstrating value to clients
  • Become a subject matter expert on clients' business objectives and achieve corporate objectives measured by client Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Organize and host onsite QBRs with client executives and present optimization recommendations to drive client success
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as account management or sales
  • Experience within a highly regulated market (e.g., Fintech, Insurance, Retail) with knowledge of digital identity and authentication preferred
  • Strong project management and long-term account planning skills
  • Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startups is required
