Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer goals
- Develop and monitor customer success plans to drive adoption and long-term growth of products
- Provide forecasts and business strategies while analyzing customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- 5-10 years in customer-facing roles within technology, including 5+ years in SaaS account management or customer success
- Experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Professional Services (PS) using PPM or PSA solutions
- Proven success driving customer outcomes with enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management and PPM/PS processes
