Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Manager, Loom Adoption Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, supporting them through onboarding, adoption, and value realization
  • Utilize predictive signals to identify key milestones and adoption opportunities for customers
  • Deliver value through various engagements such as webinars and curated outreach
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios in a pooled model with complex SaaS products
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
  • Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
