Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders at physician offices and monitor account health
  • Lead onboarding and training of new practices for smooth implementation of the system
  • Own day-to-day account management, address issues, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or healthcare operations for CSM (L3) role
  • Deeper healthcare expertise and prior authorization knowledge for Senior CSM (L4) role
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some travel required
