Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and CRM/CS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work culture
