Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop multiple medium/large customer accounts, fostering trusted relationships and preparing success plans
- Gather customer feedback and ensure customer success through education on product functionalities and addressing issues
- Interface between customers and internal teams, managing risks and ensuring transparency in customer health and support cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Minimum of 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
- Preferred knowledge of Duck Creek Suite and Platform, ChurnZero, and Microsoft Azure
- 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
